***Note that during July and August, while schools are closed, all students, regardless of when they left school, may order a transcript through the TCDSB Archives and Records Department by following the instructions below.****

Obtaining An Official Ontario Student Transcript

An Official Ontario Student Transcript is a record of credits achieved in Secondary School. Transcripts are required for university/college application, other post secondary programs, employment, etc. All school boards in Ontario are mandated to maintain the Ontario Student Record (OSR) folder including a copy of the Official Student Transcript (OST) for a minimum of 55 years after the student is demitted.

Transcript requests are processed on a “first come first served” basis. Transcript requests require an average of 5 to 7 business days to process.

Former Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) students who left secondary school after to June 30, 2014 must contact the last secondary school attended in order to obtain an Official Ontario Student Transcript.
